1. Shipping Coverage and Restrictions

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

1.2 Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.


2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders across the U.S., including large appliances like refrigerators, washers, and ovens.

2.2 No Hidden Fees
The price you see at checkout is final—no extra shipping fees or hidden charges.


3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

3.1 Carriers
We partner with FedEx and specialized freight carriers for safe delivery of both small appliances and larger, heavier items.

3.2 Process

  • Processing & Handling: 2–3 business days for packaging, inspections, and quality checks.

  • Transit Time: Typically 4–7 business days after shipping.

3.3 Delivery Window
Expect your appliance within 6–10 business days of purchase.

3.4 Business Days
Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.


4. Order Tracking

4.1 Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A direct link to track online

  • An estimated delivery date

4.2 Tracking Options

  • Use the link in your shipping email.

  • Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number + email.


5. Delivery Details

5.1 Standard Delivery (Small Appliances)
FedEx delivers directly—no signature required.

5.2 Large Appliance Delivery

  • Carrier may call to schedule delivery.

  • A signature is usually required.

  • Please ensure someone is available to inspect and accept the item.

5.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • FedEx/freight carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • After failed attempts, your item may be held at a local facility for pickup.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

6.1 Modifying Orders
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately with your order number—we’ll try to update it.

6.2 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. After shipment, please see our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Shipping Issues

7.1 Lost Packages
If tracking shows no updates for 5 business days, contact us. We’ll open an investigation. If not located, a replacement will be shipped free.

7.2 Damaged Packages

  • If visibly damaged, refuse delivery and note it with the carrier.

  • If already accepted, report within 48 hours. We’ll arrange pickup and send a replacement.

7.3 Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or parts are missing, notify us within 7 days. We’ll send replacements at no extra cost.
