You may return most appliances purchased from ANIQ KHAN LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The 30-day period begins on the day your product is marked as delivered by the carrier.

1.2 Condition of Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as delivered.

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Complete with all manuals, accessories, and parts.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Replacement filters, hoses, or personal-use items (e.g., water/air filters).

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective).


2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return
To request a return:

  1. Log into your ANIQ KHAN LLC account.

  2. Go to your order history and select the product.

  3. Generate a return request and follow the instructions.

2.2 Packaging Your Return

  • Use the original packaging whenever possible.

  • If unavailable, use a sturdy box with secure padding.

  • Include all original manuals, accessories, and components.

  • Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

2.3 Shipping Your Return
We’ll provide return instructions depending on product size.

  • Small Appliances: Drop off at a designated shipping location.

  • Large Appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers): Scheduled pick-up will be arranged.
    Return shipping costs are covered if the product is defective or we made an error.


3. Refunds

  • Processing takes 3–5 business days after receiving your return.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 additional business days for funds to appear.

3.3 Full Refunds
Full refunds are issued if products meet eligibility requirements. No restocking fees apply.

3.4 Partial Refunds

  • The appliance shows signs of use, installation, or wear.

  • Accessories, manuals, or parts are missing.


4. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? Simply return your original item through our return process and place a new order for the replacement.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your appliance arrives damaged or develops a defect within 30 days, contact our support team immediately. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or schedule a pick-up, then send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.


6. Warranty Information

Beyond our 30-day return window, appliances are covered under a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product but typically includes repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents is not covered.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks of our confirmation email:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank for processing timelines.

8. Gifts

If your appliance was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.


9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  • Bulk Orders: Orders of 5 or more of the same appliance require prior approval for return.

  • Customized Products: Items with custom modifications may not be returnable unless defective.

  • Bundles & Promotions: Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle may have different return conditions.
